This is supported with us being RISQ’s accredited and awarded a SILVER Grade by NSAR for our training and assessment provision.
As the company has grown, our portfolio of courses have grown too and currently provide a wide variety of different courses covering:
- Track Safety
- Permanent Way
- Possession Management
- Overhead Line
- Small Tools and First Aid courses can also be arranged as group bookings
On occasion we may facilitate events that are delivered by RISQ’s certified, NSAR approved third party Training Providers. These events will be advertised as such in our Course Calendar.
We have a dedicated training centre in Colchester which is equipped with four classrooms together with indoor and outdoor fully equipped practical training facilities, with a TIC compliant track layout and Overhead Line Training span.
At our offices in Doncaster along with dedicated training personnel, we are equipped with classrooms with easy access to the local Network Rail Infrastructure for track walkouts.
We are also able to provide training directly at your site if the course, location and numbers make this a suitable alternative.
As a company, we pride ourselves in providing hands-on training with our main focus on vocational learning, as we believe that practical based training creates a greater competent workforce. Our trainers are experts within their field through having years of industry experience and are dedicated to inspiring delegates to reach their maximum potential. As a result of this many delegates choose to train with us time and time again, progressing through their career goals.
